Features:

 

  • Outer chamber or tank: Made of Mild Steel having inner and outer coats of branded primer and enamel paint or hot dipped galvanised as per customer’s requirement.
  • Insulators: Procured from reputed manufacturers like GE, Tayal etc, confirm to latest IS standards and specifications having sufficient creep age distance.
  • Primary and Secondary Winding: Coated Super Enamelled round copper wire from reputed manufacturer like BIC, Atlas etc confirming to latest IS Standards is used. Insulation using high quality craft paper is done with alternate layers.
  • Core: High Quality core is used in PT.
  • Transformer Oil: The oil is filtered with 5 stage filtration process like heating degassing, vacuumed and dried etc and filled under vacuum. Transformer oil is confirming to IS 335 and procured from reputed suppliers like APAR, Savita.
  • Testing: Each unit undergoes all routine tests in our state of the art lab, by our well experienced and well qualified engineers before dispatch.
